How can i start Affiliate business and how can i get benefit?
ByMy question is very straight. i want to start a business. but not enough money to invest so i heard about affiliate marketing. so how can i use this strategy. for it can i need website? what basic things are needed for start a online affiliate business?
This is not an easy road to travel, but if you have the stamina to hold on through the ups and downs and not give up, you may just have a chance.
You’ll need to learn many things, I’ve read hundreds of books on things like:
• Consumer psychology
• Programming language
• Web design
• Internet marketing
• The psychology of colour
Also note, I don’t mean scammy earn x in a day ebooks, I mean university level text books.
You’ll need to become an expert, an authority in your field and really have something to offer the consumer, find the questions they want to know about your product and tell them.
Most importantly be honest, don’t lie and tell them it’s the perfect product for an extra dollar, be honest in the good and the bad. They’ll appreciate your honesty and come back for information about other products.
You’ll best want your own website with its own domain name. Though I really dislike GoDaddy, I’ll still recommend them today because… I can’t think of an alternative with reasonable price and support. Though don’t get any of their add-ons other than maybe domain privacy. The rest are just junk trying to scam the money out of you.
Get some multi-domain unlimited hosting * as long as you’re not trying to do anything illegal or be the new youtube or a downloading service, it’s effectively unlimited *.
I used to use http://www.hostmonsterplus.com however their service quality has dropped.
I’m now happily using HostGator.
http://www.hostgator25.com <=== 25% discount
http://www.hostgator995.com <=== $9.95 discount (minimum 1c)
With the $9.95 you can try their hosting for 1 month for 1c as a trial to see if you like it.
Of course you can use their manual coupons too
PERMANENT25 <=== 25% discount
PERMANENT995 <=== $9.95 discount (minimum 1c)
You would want their "baby croc" plan that allows you to host as many .com’s as you like for 1 price.
Once you have a domain you can use "Quick Install" to install a WordPress blog in just a couple of clicks.
At this point you can customize your WordPress and start posting articles. When you find it convenient you can strategically add an affiliate link here and there. But make sure you keep it clean, honest and professional. If you go the road of being spammy and adding affiliate links everywhere you’ll lose out in the long run.
At this point you’ll need to do some marketing of your blog, you can write articles, do some search engine optimization (too big a topic for here). You can contribute to discussions elsewhere and have a subtle link to your site. But once again no spam, it’s better to have one link that is attached to a quality post that will make people respect you than 30 links attached to spam posts that will only damage your reputation.
You can also add google ads to your website for a little extra cash if you like.
Once all this is done keep marketing it and adding content and consider buying another $10 a year domain and since you bought the baby croc plan you can attach it to your hosting account for free without paying a cent more and start the process all over again. This way each extra site will be cheaper overall.
Once you get this pattern working the money really starts to grow, and the first time you make your first commission is a great feeling, I still remember it.
Basic think is start blogging and advertise on that blog. but this is not that much easy way. for every business there should required some small amount of money. As my choice buy one new domain name , start blogging with that domain name , give link to facebook twitter and other social sites. for buying a domian .in cost just 99 rs only you will get a domain name like http://www.your-name.in for taking a site name you can contact me. Once you take domain name i will suggest you what the next step towards earning from websites. jessoshoemart@gmail.com contact me for more info.

You don’t NEED a website. You can have one if you want to. The thing is, creating a website is hard, attracting traffic is even harder and earning a steady income is extremely so, and it might be a long, long time before you see any results. Very few people are actually successful at it.
Affiliate marketing CAN and DOES work beautifully, if you know what you are doing. Which you will, if you follow this link below.
You need an alertpay account for this one (alertpay is another online program, like paypal).
Go to this link and read the whole thing. It’s a blog. It explains everything in detail.
This is the best online affiliate business I know of. I joined a few days ago and love the whole thing.

I see a few errors with what other people are answering here. First off, yes, you do need a website. Welcome to 2011. Anybody who claims you can be successful in affiliate marketing without a website is either defining success as making a few dollars and then never making money again, or hasn’t tried to do this stuff for the last 4 years.
Yes, you need a website, but unlike what the other answerer says, don’t get a .in domain. Do yourself a favor, and get a .com, .net., or .org.
Some other things you’ll need include:
-Web Hosting
-A Content Management System (like WordPress) for your website
-A way to receive payments. (Most networks will pay via check, but some also pay with PayPal. Ignore AlertPay, 99% of people using AlertPay are scammers).
-Keyword Research
If you need some extra info, I published a blog post about getting all the supplies/basic things you need to get started with any online business, like affiliate marketing: http://ryanluchtmarketing.com/blog/online-marketing-qa-1-what-do-i-need-to-start-business-online/

For starters, avoid the scammy looking programs. They will suck you dry. Start a blog or website about something you can write about for days about. Should be a niche that you know everything about. Search the internet. If there are millions of links, choose something else. Competition is tough. Then learn everything you can about back linking. It is the only strategy that I have ever found that promotes my sites effectively. It is a time tested and proven method. You will need good quality traffic to your site. Not just any traffic either. An example: if you like gardening, like my sister in law, a blog about that would be perfect. Then monetize with affiliate links to sell those products. Clickbank, Amazon, Google Adsense. These are all time tested and proven.
